• The annual PGA Tour Mercedes Championship Golf Tournament was held at the Kapalua Plantation golf resort in January. Beginning with the 2005 Mercedes Championship tournament and including the most recent January 2010 SBS Championship tournament and 2011 Hyndai Championship Golf Tournament, The Comfort Zone Catering provides full service catering in the 18th hole luxury sky boxes during tournament. Tiger Woods has been spotted enjoying our satay chicken skewers! The tournament volunteers meals are also provided by the Comfort Zone Maui catering.
• The Vic-Maui Sailing Race celebrated their awards banquet with traditional Hawaiian Feast catering services from The Comfort Zone Catering 2004 and 2006 during their alternate race years ending on Maui. More than 1000 hungry sailors accompanied by their family & friends enjoyed the Maui banquet events hosted by the Lahaina Yacht Club at the Jodo Mission and catered by The Comfort Zone Maui Catering.
• The Comfort Zone prepared and served over 800 meals a day for the 2003 through 2007 NCAA Maui Invitational Basketball Tournaments! ESPN crews & staff, tournament officials, press & media officials and the participating teams enjoyed Maui catering from The Comfort Zone. In recent years, more than 5000 meals were served over four days by The Comfort Zone Maui Catering! In the course of the 2007 Maui Invitational, more than 100 separate catered functions were delivered while concurrently providing full banquet catering services for the tournament's Stadium Club. ESPN noted how much they loved the food and service! For the 2010 Maui Invitational Tournament, 600 catered lunches were delivered each day.
