Sample Maui Catering Contract:
- All Packages are based on a minimum 20 guests, however an additional charge will be added for parties below 20 guests.
- A la Carte Salads are sold on a minimum 5 servings.
- Specialty Cakes and Desserts available on request and 72 hours notice.
- All Food and Entrees are “per person pricing” and subject to State Tax and 18% Gratuity. Custom Menu Selections require a minimum of 4 items selections. All menu prices and selection availability subject to change without advance notice.
Standard Business Agreement
A Sales Tax of 4.166% and a Gratuity of 18.00% will be added to all Food & Beverage by CJ’s Deli & Diner LLC DBA Comfort Zone Catering
GAURANTEES are due by 2:00 pm. EST, three business days prior to the event.
The Guarantee is the attendance number for which the client will be financially obligated.
CJ’S Comfort Zone Catering will be prepared to serve an additional 3% over the guarantee.
A $50.00 service charge will be added to all functions / events with fewer than 20 guests.
The above meets with my approval, and I consider this agreement to be definite and confirmed.

Deposit
50% of the contracted amount will be necessary to secure the booking and date, upon signing the contract.
Cancellation Policy
All rental equipment and specialty ordered Food and Beverage items will not be refunded.
Contracted services will be refunded by 50% up to 72 hours before the event.
Food and Beverages will be refunded by 75% up to 72 hours before the event.
No refund will be given the last 3 days before the event.
